As a full-service NGO training and support organization, ATRC provides consultancy and training programs designed to meet the current and evolving needs of our clients. Our services include basic and advanced training and consultancy in key areas of organizational development, project management and advocacy. ALL services provided by ATRC are free of charge to Kosovo NGOs that are registered as an ATRC Client.

We recognize that at times our clients may require one on one professional advice on various issues directly related to their NGO. To meet this need, ATRC offers consultancy services to NGOs in our office or at the office of the NGO. Through this service, we provide direct support to the concrete problems that our clients face in their daily work, and we lead them through a personalized development and refinement of the key skills necessary for organizational and management development.

As a part of Kosovo Civil Society Program (KCSP), we offer one-year special NGO development program for organizations awarded with IREX/ATRC grants. This program includes:
These programs will focus on building the organizational capacity of the grantee organization in general, as well as in particular issues focused on successful implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and sustainability of the projects.
In certain cases, this Special NGO development program will be offered to other local NGOs that have show commitment to development of civil society in Kosovo.
In 2007 these programs will be designed only for local NGOs and will be free of charge. |
