Roundtable: Rule of Law-Challenges in implementation

On September 15, 2011 ATRC and PILPG within the project; justice and citizens organized the second table on the topic: "Rule of Law - Challenges in implementation".

Roundtable was divided into four panels. Panel 1 was concerned with the possibilities and ways of respecting the rights of victims in the justice system, while the second panel focused on the most appropriate justice for minors. 

Furthermore, in panel 3 was talk about the effectiveness of citizen complaints against police, prosecutors and judges, while in panel 4 were considered the possibility of transition from the common law on mediation.
