Organized by ATRC and PILPG in the framework of a combined project: Justice and the people, who are supported by the U.S. government, named Anti-drug Department anti-trafficking and rule of law in Washington, dated October 27, 2011 organized the third table of experts in the field of Rule of Law on the topics:   
                                                  “Justice in Justice”
Efficiency in the prosecution of corruption
Effective supervision of the justice actors to prevent corruption

To discuss two topics to the table shaft, there were invited representatives from the institutions of the Kosovo Republic, representatives of civil society organizations, experts in the field of criminal justice, participated in this discussion, as well as the President of the Kosovo Republic: Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, the adviser of the minister of justice Mr. Vigan Qorolli, Anticorruption Agency Director Mr. Hasan Prenteni, deputy of Prishtine District Attorney, Mr Lulzim Sylejmani ex  ombudsman of Kosovo, Mr. Hilmi Jashari,  Luan Hasanaj director of the Kosovo Youth Network, The Movement Fol, Petrit Zogaj.

Kushtrim Kaloshi , director of the ATRC in his opening address, explained the purpose of organizing the workshop, and the reason for the determination of two issues of its shaft. Through this roundtable aims to answer the topic shafts, which was also raised as a question and at the same time as the suggestion: Justice at Justice?!. Do we have justice in the justice? How much justice do we have in justice? Can you assure fairness in justice? How to assure fairness in justice? Who is responsible for ensuring fairness in the justice? What role can citizens play in providing justice to justice, as justice protected by the injustices in the justice, and other similar questions that simultaneously imposed for treatment and expect answers, explained Kaloshi.

 The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs.  Atifete Jahjaga in her welcoming speech, among other things said:

  "Creating a transparent judiciary, depoliticized, non-corrupt and accountable to every citizen is stirring and standard gain unshakable confidence in judicial institutions. Construction and ongoing reform of the justice system is the goal of our efforts to build a state of equal opportunities, rule of law and its implementation, "said Conference President Jahjaga" Justice at Justice ".

Adviser to the Minister of Justice, Mr. Vigan Qorrolli, assure participants of the commitments and the willingness of the Ministry of Justice in general and in particular the Minister Kuci to ensure rule of law and respect for the law, and Luan Hasanaj Kosovo Youth Network, praised the involvement of youth in a discussion of issue so important.

Attorney Persecutor of Prishtina District Mr. Lulzim Sylejmani said that, “There is corruption in Kosovo but, there is a lack of facts, furthermore sometimes there are exaggerations and prejudice with no basis.

Mr. Hasan Preteni from Anticorruption Agency added that, “there’s corruption in Kosovo and, for this fact also talk international reports and the corruption does not belong to ones who write about it but it belongs to us.” In his appearances he criticizes the dysfunction of Courts especially, because according to him cases and sues that are passed to courts from AKK are not passed into the process and are not considered.
