CONTINUATION OF FUNDING PROTOCOL CENTER IN GERMIA-LEGITIMACY OF FRAUD BY THE LAST ADMINISTRATION

National Network "Environmental Ambassadors" and the coalition of NGOs "Gërmia, united in the National and Regional Environmental Movement Bells", on 25 November 2009, held the press conference, with the purpose of opposing the continuation of funding the Administrative Center protocol (QAP) in Germia park.

In the conference are presented Bells Movement positions regarding Kosovo, the Kosovo Assembly planning for the division of 3 million euros for the next three years to complete the construction in-protocol Administrative Center in Germia park.

The Bells Movement through the media communication releases to follow written and electronic requested by the Assembly of Kosovo, that:

• To review the decision once again about the allocation of funds for QAP
• To discuss this issue with interest groups and experts, so that decision is in line with the requirements of citizens and finally,
• To undermine the object in question, as has been and continues to be the subject of illegal, contrary to all laws, regulations and administrative procedures applicable in Kosovo.

Movement Bells - Kosovo, suggests the Kosovo Assembly that any further funding in this illegal object, legitimizes the violation by the past administrations of the Kosovo Assembly and bears no small responsibility to the current composition of the Assembly of Kosovo and other relevant institutions that can and must react in the concrete case.
