As a full-service NGO training and support organization, ATRC provides consultancy and training programs designed to meet the current and evolving needs of our clients. Our services include basic and advanced training and consultancy in key areas of organizational development, project management and advocacy.
ATRC has trainers/consultants with previous experience and expertise of strengthening organizational capacities in different fields. ATRC provides three types of services:
ALL services provided by ATRC are free of charge to Kosovo NGOs that are registered as an ATRC Client. To register as ATRC NGO Client please fill in the Registration Form that is available both online and in our offices. Please return the registration form to training@advocacy-center.org or to our office.
For clients that are not NGOs, payments are standardized and are based on requested time for developing and providing training& consultancies services. Our mission is to provide NGOs with the tools, know-how and expertise that will contribute to the development of their full potential and enable them to achieve their strategic goals in an effective and sustainable manner. ATRC takes a holistic, integrated and sustainable approach to NGO capacity development that involves the active participation of the managers and staff of an organization and addresses the issues and challenges faced on individual, organizational and strategic levels
